Welcome to the ENS website. ENS was formed in 2002 out of the passions of a group of citizens who believed that conditions of youth and our communities required new strategies and solutions. ENS is named for the biblical prophets— Ezra, Nehemiah and Solomon. They embody life principles we endear. 
Offering wisdom and values based services, the founders had special concern for the deteriorating family unit and the continued loss of valuable human potential from the “at risk” and underserved youth. Thus, ENS is an organization that seeks to provide new strategies and solutions based on known success principles. New strategies mean different approaches.
ENS provides - mentoring, family advocacy, family therapy, wisdom-based life skills programming, after school remediation, an enriched summer program, and community based educational activities; and parenting education. Our services are delivered by professional staff committed to guide, influence, educate and offer parental support to our families. Our volunteers are also dedicated and trained.
We believe that individual responsibility forms the centerpiece for the pursuit of liberty, success and good citizenship. We do not believe the solutions to underserved youth and their families rest in governmental programs themselves. Alternatively, we believe—it rests in the resolve of the individual themselves —manifested through integrity, values-based principles and the pursuit of excellence.
No one entity can provide the full continuum services that support all needs. Therefore, it is essential that everyone - families, schools, and community- and faith organizations work together to provide the continuum of care to thus enabling healthy communities and families.
