Office Hours
Administrative staffs are in the office from 9-12 and 1-5 Mondays through Fridays. Clinicians may set their appointments at various hours during the day and evening. Saturday sessions are by arranged appointment only.
Emergency Coverage
We have an after-hours emergency service for current clients who need to reach their therapist in the event of a counseling emergency. Coverage is also provided by other staff members if your particular counselor is on vacation. All should contact 911 or their local emergency room in the event of an emergency.
HIPAA Policies (Health Insurance Portability and Privacy Act)
We have a written HIPPA policy which addresses your privacy rights as a patient. You will need to read this policy at your first appointment and sign a statement stating that you have read and agreed to its terms in order to be treated at our facility. About Our Services
Located in Prince William County, we are a 501(c) 3, not for profit organization providing holistic family services including mentoring, life skills programming, day center after school, and family counseling center is located in Dumfries, VA 22026, off Main Street, Old Town Dumfries. We also serve clients in Northern Virginia (including Alexandria, Arlington, and Fairfax, Stafford, and Fredericksburg).

Provider Insurance Plans
We accept most major and 3rd party insurance Provider including:
- Virginia Medicaid, Amerigroup, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Federal, Virginia, and Health-keepers programs), CIGNA, Tri-care Standard (CHAMPUS), and Other Providers
If we are not a provider for your insurance, you may pay at the time of service and then file the claim to your insurance company. Check to see if our insurance company has out-of-network benefits.
